Η ΙΣΠΑΝΙΚΗ ΤΑΙΝΙΑ "ΛΗΜΝΟΣ", ΒΑΣΙΣΜΕΝΗ ΣΤΟ "ΦΙΛΟΚΤΗΤΗ" ΤΟΥ ΣΟΦΟΚΛΗ

Ο Ισπανός , Καταλανικής καταγωγής, σεναριογράφος και σκηνοθέτης  Alejandro Lorenzo Lledo θα μεταφέρει κινηματογραφικά  την  τραγωδία  "Φιλοκτήτης" του Σοφοκλή με τίτλο «ΛΗΜΝΟΣ».

Θα είναι η πρώτη ισπανική ταινία βασισμένη και εμπνευσμένη από Ελληνική τραγωδία , αλλά και η πρώτη ισπανική ταινία που προσδιορίζεται χρονικά στην περίοδο  του Τρωικού Πολέμου.  Το έργο υποστηρίζεται από διάφορες ενώσεις για  τον αρχαίο ελληνικό πολιτισμό.

Ο Lledo και η ομάδα του επιθυμούν να διατηρήσουν αυστηρά την ποιότητα του κειμένου και της αρχαίας ελληνικής τραγωδίας, αλλά παράλληλα να αξιοποιήσουν  τις  τεράστιες  δυνατότητες που δίνει σήμερα ο κινηματογράφος.

Το καστ και το συνεργείο απαρτίζεται από ανερχόμενους και έμπειρους επαγγελματίες της Ισπανικής κινηματογραφίας.

Θέλουν να φτιάξουν με αυτόν τον τρόπο μια μεγάλη κοινότητα που θα αγκαλιάσει την ταινία, αλλά και παράλληλα θα αναδείξει πτυχές του αρχαίου ελληνικού πολιτισμού.

Lemnos cuenta la misión que marcó el destino de la guerra de Troya, nunca antes llevada al cine, y nos transporta a un mundo mítico de héroes legendarios, armas sobrenaturales y lugares inexplorados. Los dioses permanecen impasibles al dolor humano. Los corruptos son premiados y los débiles repudiados. Las grandes certezas han desaparecido. Y la supervivencia se convierte en una aventura.

Odiseo y Neoptólemo viajan a la isla de Lemnos, en el décimo año de la guerra de Troya, para lograr la decisiva intervención de Filoctetes, dueño del arco de Heracles. Renunciando a su sentido del honor y de la justicia, Neoptólemo utiliza el engaño y la astucia para robar el arco, infligiendo a su alma una herida imborrable.

Lemnos , directed by Spanish filmmaker Alejandro Lorenzo Lledó ,  has the mission of marking  the destiny of the Trojan War, in a way  never before filmed, and transport people  to a mythical world of legendary heroes, supernatural weapons and unexplored places. The gods remain impassive to human pain. The corrupt are rewarded and weak repudiated. Large certainties have disappeared. And survival becomes an adventure.

Odysseus and Neoptolemus travel to the island of Lemnos, in the tenth year of the Trojan War, to achieve the decisive intervention of Philoctetes, Heracles own bow. Renouncing his sense of honor and justice, Neoptolemus uses deception and guile to steal the bow, inflicting his soul an indelible wound.
